The real advantage of using DocuTrax is the hours saved daily searching for documents. All documents are compressed on a drive in a secure central server. The screen on the left demonstrates how a user can view a history of their document work or how they can execute a search based upon selection criteria. DocuTrax excels in finding old documents for reference or documents that will be used as a template for a new documents.

When Microsoft Word or Corel Word Perfect documents are saved, the user can specify search criteria.  This criteria is designed for your type of business. (Legal is demonstrated here).  In addition, there are options for versioning control, read only status, and document privacy (password protected).

DocuTrax also includes a full complement of tools for monitoring productivity, managing the environment, and moving old documents to historical storage.  Notice how all DocuTrax features and control are executed from the word processors menus. No extra training is really needed.
