ImageTrax allows the user to scan documents into the secured SBA system for retrieval at a later date. What makes this different from a generic document imaging system is that the documents are indexed directly into the SBA database. Thus you can retrieve documents by the member, claim, or provider. Our clients commonly save completed member application forms, claim forms, provider W-9 forms, and trading partner agreements. This subsystem eliminates the need for your users to create file folders and document naming strategies.
