Route Management Module
This subsystem allows you to easily define sales territories for your salesmen and collections routes from which you can schedule your collectors. Location information includes, applicable taxes, licenses, machine placements, and commission definitions. This subsystem also has the capability of printing out the collection worksheets in various formats. Print them out and hand them to your collectors. The worksheets include everything you collectors need to know and record concerning servicing your customers' locations.
You are also able to print a wide variety of reports from collections tickets to statements to mailing labels. The analysis screen allows you to monitor profitability by selecting criteria that you choose.
